SUMMARY

Rapid Engagement was a community behavioral health system change initiative facilitated by the Association of Oregon Community Mental Health Programs, in partnership with the Oregon Health Authority, from 2020-2024.

With the goal of  making it easier, faster, and more user-friendly to get started with services in community behavioral health settings, Rapid Engagement included a learning community, implementation pilot, policy change, and mixed-methods evaluation.  Ariel led the initiative from 2021-2024.

We created this Executive Summary to offer an easily digestible, at-a-glance overview of:
